More than 130,000 square feet of Class A office space is available in this 1.1 million-square-foot high-rise on Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta.

Georgia Power has once again been recognized as one of the Top 10 Utilities for Economic Development by Site Selection magazine. This is the 12th consecutive year our organization has received this award. In the Jones Lang LaSalle Data Centre Barometer, Spring 2010, Atlanta was identified as the best place in the United States to locate a data center.

Georgia’s efforts to improve its K-12 public education system have been recognized with a $400 million “Race To The Top” grant.

During the 2010 Georgia General Assembly session, pieces of legislation that address transportation, water and education were passed and have been signed into law by Gov. Sonny Perdue.

According to numbers recently released, Georgia’s ports handled more than 2.63 million TEUs (Twenty-foot Equivalent Unit containers) in fiscal year 2010, maintaining its position as the fourth highest volume container port in the nation.
