This 253,492-square-foot facility is located in coastal Georgia’s premier Crossroads Business Center. It is two miles from Interstate 95 and within five miles of the fast-growing Port of Savannah. The 221,373-square-foot manufacturing area has 30’ ceilings below joints; five drive-in and four dock-height doors; 11 bridge cranes; 40’ deep and 50’ lateral column spacing; and  floor minimum 6” reinforced concrete, deeper at craneway support columns.

There are also 32,199 square feet of finished office area, including two large executive offices and board room; 23 private offices; four conference rooms and approximately 20,000 square feet of open plan/modular furniture.

The building is also pad-ready for expansion up to 120,000 square feet. The facility sits on 49 acres, of which 9.25 are a wildlife corridor.
