4th Quarter Announcements
Over the past three months, several companies have announced plans to open new facilities or expand existing operations in Georgia:

Building Spotlight:  M&M Mars Building, Ashburn
This 129,883-square-foot building in Ashburn, Georgia, sits on 21.8 acres fronting Interstate75, one of the nation’s major north-south transportation corridors. The single-story office and food-grade distribution facility, formerly used by M&M Mars, is in excellent condition, including a new roof and a new electrical system. Industrial Park Spotlight:  Tradeport West Business Center, Liberty County
Located in coastal Georgia, Tradeport West Business Center in Liberty County is a 3,590-acre, GRAD-certified park adjacent to Interstate 95, a major U.S. business artery. There are 2,076 developable acres and some sites have rail access. The park is only 27 miles from the Savannah International Airport and 28 miles from the Port of Savannah, the nation’s 4th-largest and fastest-growing container port. >>more

Bed Bath & Beyond Brings 900 Jobs to Georgia
Last month, Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. announced it will open a new e-commerce fulfillment center in Pendergrass, Georgia, creating up to 900 jobs over four years and investing approximately $50 million. >>more
